Strategy and execution are closely connected. Clear strategy only works when it translates into how the business operates day to day. My role is to help leadership connect the two — ensuring decisions, priorities, and structure align in a way that actually supports execution. Sometimes that means stepping back to clarify direction. Other times it means staying close to the details long enough to create stability and ownership. The balance is always guided by what will best support leadership and the business at that moment.

The first step is a conversation. We talk through where the business is today, what feels heavy, and what kind of support would be most valuable. From there, we determine whether the partnership is a good fit on both sides. If we move forward, engagements begin with a three-month minimum to allow time for clarity, alignment, and meaningful progress. The partnership then continues in a way that evolves naturally with the needs of the business.

Partnerships are retainer-based and intentionally limited. Most engagements begin at a monthly investment in the low five figures, reflecting the depth of access, strategic involvement, and leadership-level support this work provides. Final investment depends on the needs and complexity of the business, and is discussed after an initial conversation to ensure the partnership is the right fit on both sides.
